Powder coating
What is powder coating? In this painting process, the powdered paint is electrostatically charged. We use powder coating for metal surfaces. We spray the powder on the material in one go using a special spray gun. The paint particles directly stick to the metal, afterwards the layer of paint is heated up which melts the powder and allows us the spread it over the surface area, ensuring that the paint sticks to the material evenly and sets into a beautiful, durable coating.
