We make sure that your house is better insulated, that you are no longer bothered by draughts and that the bustle of the city no longer keeps you awake at night.

In order to preserve the historical character of your building, we make sure that the elements of your old sash window are preserved as well as possible. We remove the old elements before we place the new, custom-made window in the frame. Then we seal off all gaps, so that you will no longer suffer from draughts with the new windows. We do this by placing frame seals. Finally, we paint everything neatly, so that your building looks brand new again.

If your old sash window has a traditional rope system, we will make sure to replace the old system with a new one that has the original look. Your new sliding window can be opened and closed smoothly by means of pulleys and a rope. This way your new double glazed sliding window will not only keep its authentic character on the outside, but also on the inside.

Depending on the state of the old window frame, the window will be installed in the existing frame, or a new wooden frame will be used. We make sure that your double glazed sliding window looks as exact as possible like the original sliding window. In monumental buildings, for example, it is sometimes allowed to place monumental glass in a copy of the original sash. However, it is important that you make an inventory beforehand of the things that are and are not allowed without a permit for your monumental building.

Furthermore, we offer a ten-year guarantee on window frames and windows. This guarantee applies, for example, to problems with water and wind tightness and colour adhesion of the window frames. On glazing, there is a five-year guarantee. This includes for example condensation or dirt between the double glazing. We offer a two-year guarantee on hinges and locks.
